Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

Estimated delivery times:
* Express Delivery: 1–4 business days (depends on the state).
* Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days

Delivery timeframes apply to Australia and New Zealand only and are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing (for New Zealand), or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
